The delivery address is in a remote area that is not covered by a standard Royal Mail service and requires a premium postal method.
The order is unusually large or bulky.
Orders placed Monday to Friday – we aim to dispatch all orders placed before 12pm on the same day. Subject to credit clearance and availability of stock.
Orders placed on Saturday & Sunday or Public Holidays – All orders will be dispatched on the next available working day. Subject to credit clearance and availability of stock.
Deliveries are expected to arrive with UK customers within 3 working days. *A working day is Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
UK Next Day Delivery:
Cost £7.00 per delivery address. Deliveries are expected to arrive the next working day including Saturday providing your order is received before 1pm.
Next Day delivery will not apply if:
They were unable to deliver the item because there was no-one to sign for your item.
The delivery address is in an area of the UK where Royal Mail do not guarantee next day delivery.
We do not guarantee the delivery time for items to an address for which a person has paid for Royal Mails redirection services. The item will be forwarded to the new address using Special Delivery.

Our Worldwide shipping rate for *under 2kg 20.00.
When you order is over 200.00 we will ship for Free * (free shipping does not apply to packages that exceed 2 kg and exceed Royal Mail International package size guidelines) Please email for shipping tariff.
Any custom charges incurred by the package are the responsibility of the purchaser. onemoregift.co.uk will not be responsible for any further charges relating to importing goods.
Unfortunately we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.
Delivery is subject to stock availability & having full credit card authorisation.
In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and you may consider the following options:
Cancel your order and we will refund you.
Choose an alternative that we have in stock.
We can despatch your order as soon as we receive new stock.
If the address that you state as your billing address online does not match the address your card is registered to there may be a delay in the dispatch of your parcel. We cannot be held responsible for any delay and will not refund postage charges.
Up to the point of dispatch you can track the progress of your order at any time by logging into My Account from the Home page on this website.
Acknowledgement and Acceptance of your order:
If you have supplied us with your email address, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order. There may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include: limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, problems identified by credit and fraud agencies. We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If you have supplied us with your email address we will notify you via email when payment for your order has been authorised. We will also email you when your order has been dispatched.
We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions.
Please note that verbal and/or electronic acknowledgements do not constitute order confirmation or order acceptance. Your order will be accepted and the creation of a legally binding contract between you and us will take place once the goods have been dispatched.
When deciding whether or not to accept your order we may use certain information about you, including any received from credit reference agency checks. This helps to protect you and us against fraudulent transactions.
We will tell you if your payment details cannot be authorised for any reason and may invite you to pay by another method.
All orders are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible by emailing or phoning you if the goods you have ordered are not available.
On occasion goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes outside our control. As such, delivery cannot be guaranteed and any dates we specify for the delivery of the goods are approximate only. We shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods. We will, of course, make every effort to keep you informed.
All methods of payment, including credit cards are processed when you place your order. Please ensure that the expiry date of your payment card is after the anticipated dispatch date of your order. Payment is taken at the point of ordering for goods and in the event that the payment card has expired we will be unable to take payment and fulfil your order.
We do not charge VAT and prices exclude delivery charges.
Refunds and Exchange policy:
Items returned because they are damaged, defective or incorrect.
onemorgift.co.uk does its utmost to ensure that all items arrive perfectly intact and of the highest quality. However, mistakes do happen and, when they do, we want to ensure that your onemoregift.co.uk experience is still satisfactory.
You must notify onemoregift.co.uk within 7 days of receipt of any damaged, defective or incorrect items. Upon receiving the returned item from you, we will be happy to ship you a replacement at no cost to you. Some items may not be available immediately. All items will be replaced in the shortest time possible.
Please enclose a valid receipt for the goods and postage. Customers are advised to insure items when returning them for their own protection. We cannot refund any priority, express or courier component of the postage charge.
You can cancel your order within seven days after the day you get your goods. You need to notify us within the 7 day cancellation period via written communication to comply. We accept email communication as notification.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective.

All refunds should be dealt with within 7 days of receipt. Refunds will be credited in the same form as the original payment type and within 7 days of processing. Please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.
