If for any reason you would like a refund or exchange we are happy to do so. We will refund or exchange the items if they are sent back unused and undamaged in their original packaging if you notify us within 7 working days of delivery to you.

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective.

We recommend that you use Recorded Delivery or a Courier so that you have proof of despatch. Customers are advised to insure items when returning them for their own protection.

A replacement or refund will not be made until the original item has been returned to us.
