Free delivery on all UK orders.

UK Standard FREE* Delivery is applied to any transactions placed on our website.

Certain exclusions currently apply*
The delivery address is in a remote area that is not covered by a standard Royal Mail service and requires a premium postal method. The order is unusually large or bulky.

Orders placed Monday to Friday:

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 12pm on the same day subject to credit clearance and the availability of stock.

Orders placed Saturday & Sunday or Public Holiday:

All orders will be dispatched on the next available working day. Subject to credit clearance and the availability of stock.

Deliveries are expected to arrive with UK customers within 3 working days. *A working day is Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

UK Next Day Delivery:

Cost £8.50 per delivery address. Deliveries are expected to arrive the next working day including Saturday providing your order is received before 1 pm.

Next Day Delivery will not apply if:

They were unable to deliver the item because there was no-one to sign for your item. The delivery address is in an area of the UK where Royal Mail do not guarantee next day delivery. We do not guarantee the delivery time for items to an address for which a person has paid for Royal Mails redirection services. The item will be forwarded to the new address using Special Delivery.

Europe £9.95

Worldwide shipping £19.50

Our Worldwide shipping rate for under 2 kg £19.50. Any custom charges incurred by the package are the responsibility of the purchaser. onemoregift.co.uk will not be responsible for any further charges relating to importing goods.

Conditions:

Unfortunately we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses. Delivery is subject to stock availability and having full credit card authorisation. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay.

you may consider the following options:

  • Cancel your order and we will refund you.
  • Choose an alternative that we have in stock.
  • We can despatch your order as soon as we receive new stock.

If the address that you state as your billing address online does not match the address your card is registered to there may be a delay in the dispatch of your parcel. We cannot be held responsible for any delay and we will not refund postage costs.
